Artist As Citizen Conference
Dylan is the Executive Producer of the Artist as Citizen Conference, a six day conference for young leaders in the arts hosted at The Juilliard School. The conference, a program of Artists Striving To End Poverty (ASTEP), aims to develop a bridge between art, entrepreneurship, and activism. The conference is named after the President of The Juilliard School, Dr. Joseph Polisi’s book, "The Artist As Citizen". Past speakers and workshop leaders include President Joseph Polisi, Dr. Bill Baker (President Emeritus of WNET), Liz Milch (Genius), Danielle Brooks (Orange Is the New Black, The Color Purple), Sarah Mitchell (Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS), Curt Tofteland (Shakespeare Behind Bars), Jonathan Groff (Hamilton, Spring Awakening), Steve Gross (Life Is Good), Steven Hitt (LaGuardia Performing Arts Center), Susan Goodwillie (Urban Justice Center), Samira Wiley (Orange Is the New Black), Chanon Judson (Urban Bush Women), Rachel Watts (ArtsConnection), Ali Stroker (Glee, Spring Awakening), Ayscha Hamdani (International Affairs Consultant), Dick Scanlan (Thoroughly Modern Millie), and many more.

Artist Striving To End Poverty
Dylan has been working with Artists Striving To End Poverty (ASTEP) since 2006. She has worked as the Program Director in Johannesburg, South Africa with artsINSIDEOUT and Nkosi’s Haven, as well as Homestead, Florida with EnFamilia. She volunteered as a Teaching Artist in New York City with the International Rescue Committee at the Refugee Youth Summer Academy and in Homestead, Florida with EnFamilia.
